Randy holds a variety of degrees including: BSME, MSME and MBA. He is associated with the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), The Maintenance Council (TMC), Heavy Duty Brake Manufacturers Council (HDBMC), Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA), MEMA Brand Protection Council, American Society for Quality (ASQ) and Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME).

Matthew Brest is the technical manager for Alcoa Wheel Products' commercial vehicle wheels and accessories business. With 18 years of experience with Alcoa, Matthew has served in a variety of both product and mechanical engineering positions, and now manages the global product engineering department for Alcoa Wheel Products' commercial vehicle wheels group. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Akron.

Tim Miller has been with Goodyear for over 30 years. He spent 8 years as a tire design engineer before taking positions as an technical representative to original equipment customers (Freightliner, Paccar, Volvo and Mack) and as a technical rep to several of large commercial tire customers (Penske, UPS and Yellow Freight). After 5 years in commercial tire sales (account executive to national account fleets), he returned for a second stint in the commercial tire marketing department (current position).

Mr. Dennehy has been V.P. of Marketing and Communications with Espar for 9 years. He has played an integral part in working with several levels of government agencies in both the U.S. and Canada to bring awareness to the challenges of idling, anti-idling technologies and the reduction of green house gases. Mr. Dennehy will entertain questions on anti-idling technologies, state regulations and state/province initiatives regarding rebates/incentives and also idling laws and fines within each state.
