The company will give a drive-through demonstration of the T370 hybrid utility truck from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on June 16, and display the vehicle from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

According to Kenworth, the hybrid is designed to enhance fuel economy by up to 50% in utility operations and up to 30% in P&D applications. Below 30 mph, the hybrid uses a diesel/electricity combination that automatically switches between the two modes of operation.
