Equinox Owner-Operator Solutions, a division of OnRamp Transportation Services, is rolling out a new roadside assistance service that will be available to owner-operators and independent contractors operating anywhere in the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

“We recognize that staying on the road is critical to trucking professionals’ businesses, so we unveiled this robust roadside assistance service to help trucking professionals further their success in the industry,” said Spencer Angerbauer, Equinox’s president. “By using our service, drivers need not worry about being taken advantage of with predatory pricing practices when they are stranded.”

He added that the new service offers towing, flat tire replacement, vehicle jump start, “out-of-diesel” delivery, winching or extricating, oil, fluid and water delivery, lockout/replacement key services and navigational assistance. It also includes concierge services to book rental car, restaurants, and lodging, as well as hotel and travel discounts, Angerbauer noted.

Equinox noted the cost for its roadside assistance package is $299 per year or $99 down and 99 cents per day for 11 months. The opportunity to receive a 30-day free trial of this service can be accessed by clicking here.
