Racor Division, the filtration arm of Hannifin Corp., has announced several product releases.

The company now offers the Crankvent open system crankcase filtration system. Available in two sizes – CV820 and CV1000 -- Crankvent is designed to reduce contaminated crankcase emissions, which could degrade efficiency, performance and engine reliability, Racor said.

Racor has released a fuel filter/water separator kit for the GM 610 van — the PFF558095. The kit features an OEM-tested design, the Aquabloc II fuel filter media, which prevents water and particulates from entering the engine.

Racor has also released the EcoII-HC Element, an air cleaner replacement part designed for high-capacity applications. The new element is lightweight, easy to install, and easy to service, according to the company..

Racor has released a new Bypass Oil Filter Kit for the Ford Econoline van chassis with a 6.0L diesel engine.

Lastly, Racor has released the Guardian portable filtration system, which combines a pump, motor and filter for conditioning and transferring petroleum-based and water emulsion fluids. It can be used for new fluids out of the drum, because there are usually high initial concentrations of contaminants, Racor said. The Guardian is ideal for systems that are sensitive to contamination and biodiesel, Racor said.
