Reyco Granning, manufacturer of air, steel spring, and auxiliary suspensions, has announced a new corporate structure that it said is designed to improve customer response time and satisfaction.
The new structure focuses on the “value stream.” Under this organization, members of engineering, sales, and customer service will focus on a specific group of customers and report to the vice president of their designated valued stream.
The company believes this structure will allow cross-functional teams to be “more strategic on all levels, from new product development to pricing to market share.” Reyco Granning products will now be classified under three value streams: “light vehicle and auxiliary,” led by Brien Scheffee; “powered vehicle,” led by Joe Gallo; and “trailer and aftermarket,” led by Steve Denny.
