Rice Lake Weighing buys Precision Loads

Rice Lake Weighing Systems has purchased on-board scale manufacturer Precision Loads, the company has announced. Terms of the transaction were not released.

Rice Lake has been the exclusive national distributor for Precision Loads since 2005. As such, the companies expect a seamless transition. Thomas Kendall, president of Precision Loads, will remain with the company as director of strategic accounts for on-board weighing systems.

Rice Lake is a family-owned manufacturer and distributor of industrial process -ontrol weighing equipment with facilities in Jasper, AL, and Newtown, CT, and corporate offices, laboratory and main manufacturing plant in Rice Lake, WI.
