ChevronTexaco Global Lubricants is changing its name to ChevronTexaco Products Co. In addition, ChevronTexaco is “reducing and streamlining” the number of divisions that were created when Chevron merged with Texaco in late 2001. All activities and operations in the U.S., which were previously conducted by ChevronTexaco Global Aviation and ChevronTexaco Global Supply and Trading, will now be conducted under the ChevronTexaco Products name.
In other company news, ChevronTexaco Products announced that Volvo Trucks North America will provide Chevron Delo Gear Lubricant ESI 80W-90 as a factory fill option for its VN Class 8 tractors.
