International unveils Class 6 44

International Truck and Engine Corp. is rolling out a new Class 6 truck, the 4200 44, extending the OEM's 44 option into a lighter GVW rating 21,500 & 25,999 lb. The new 44 is a fully-integrated factory vehicle designed with an emphasis on maneuverability and visibility. Other features include: Air brakes & controls; Low overall height of 105 in. with 19.5 in. tires; International's Diamond Logic

International Truck and Engine Corp. is rolling out a new Class 6 truck, the 4200 4×4, extending the OEM's 4×4 option into a lighter GVW rating — 21,500 & 25,999 lb.

The new 4×4 is a fully-integrated factory vehicle designed with an emphasis on maneuverability and visibility. Other features include:

  • Air brakes & controls;

  • Low overall height of 105 in. with 19.5 in. tires;

  • International's Diamond Logic electric system;

  • Aware Vehicle Intelligence as an option.

The new 4×4 will be available in the spring of 2006.
