Peerless Electronics has signed an agreement to distribute the complete line of Carling Technologies’ products.

Carling produces both lighted and unlighted rocker switches, toggle switches, mini and sub mini, rotary and pushbutton switches as well as magnetic and resettable thermal circuit breakers.

Carling offers electromechanical solutions to the on/off highway and heavy equipment, medical, power supply & generator, transportation, marine, and industrial electronics markets. Many Carling switches offer complete protection against dust and prolonged effects of spray and immersion under pressure (IP66 & IP68) and many are recognized to UL1500 ignition protection for marine products as well, Peerless said.

“I am both pleased and excited regarding our new partnership with Peerless Electronics. Peerless' market focused approach and knowledge of the transportation, military and medical markets aligns well with our approach and this synergistic approach will generate and expand our sales within these markets,” said Don Pruitt, director of sales for Carling.

Peerless will also offer value added services such as custom switch legends, engraving, hot stamping, additions of leads and connectors, as well as building complete switch and circuit breaker panels in their Bethpage Value Added Assembly center.
