Pep Boys launches fleet services program

April 25, 2012

Pep Boys is re-launching its dedicated fleet services program, the company announced. The Pep Boys Fleet Services Program offers the full suite of available services and assists managers in managing the maintenance and repair of vehicles.

“From tires and oil changes, to brakes, state inspections, and engine diagnostics, we can do it all,” said Andy Procell, Pep Boys assistant vice president of fleet. “At Pep Boys, we believe in partnering with our customers to control and reduce expenses and minimize vehicle downtime. Our program is built on three fundamental deliverables - trust, convenience, and value. Pep Boys has some of the best technicians in the industry and are available for service and support at times when most of our competitors are closed. Combined with our dedicated sales, support and maintenance staff, Pep Boys has the ability to maintain fleets in ways that no one else can.”

Pep Boys has ASE certified technicians at each location that can perform routine maintenance or major repairs, regardless of fleet size. For convenience, Pep Boys locations are seven days a week and six nights and include an online appointment system with priority service and the option of “early-bird” drop off.

Both private label and name brand parts are available as part of the company’s 75,000-strong parts inventory. Pep Boys also offers assistance with preventive maintenance scheduling and forecasting future fleet expenses through a dedicated network of fleet experts.

Also available is the Pep Boys Fleet Card. The Pep Boys Fleet Card allows administrators and business owners to set purchase limits on fleet purchases with easy access to custom reports that allow one to review purchase history and invoices, schedule payments and manage expenses.

Pep Boys has more than 700 locations across the country.
