Road Choice re-launches website

March 24, 2015

Road Choice Truck Parts has re-launched its website to include new and enhanced content, improved search functionality and a simplified parts look-up process.

The site, available at www.roadchoice.com, was developed to feature a responsive design, adapting its display for optimal viewing on any size or resolution screen, the company said.

“When we launched the Road Choice Truck Parts line, the website provided the needed information, but we wanted to improve the look and feel and the functionality for our customers,” said Dan Bambrick, private brand manager.  “We are pleased, not only by the enhanced experience, but also by the fact that this version maintains an attractive look, regardless of how you choose to view it.”

Road Choice said its products are designed to offer owners of out-of-warranty trucks quality and reliability with parts covered under a minimum one-year warranty.

The website enhancements will be more user-friendly and will offer additional help to owner-operators and fleets with parts look-up questions, access to authorized retailer locations and the ability to purchase parts through the SELECT Part Store. The SELECT Part Store is an e-commerce sales platform offering a simple to use, quick way to order the parts needed 24/7, 365 days a year.

“We want to continue to provide value-based truck parts and make it easier for owner-operators and fleets to find what they need,” Bambrick said.  “The new website offers a great bookmark opportunity for fleets to learn more from our advisor tips section, as well as the opportunity to see online-only specials through the SELECT Part Store.”
