Tridako Energy Systems has released the PowerCube Model HC6000 auxiliary power unit for class 8 trucks.

The PowerCube is designed to provide the perfect blend of BTU output and cab temperature sustainability and a good long-term value for fleets trying to be safer while reducing cost and emissions, the company said.

“The PowerCube is a rugged, heavy service APU that is built from 35 years of HVAC design experience,” said Mark Felker, director of marketing for Tridako. “The PowerCube advantages are found in our proprietary heating and air technology designs which have raised our BTU output, reduced moving parts, and eliminated the need for an external condenser unit.”
