AmeriQuest names three new vice presidents for its strategic fleet planning and financing group

AmeriQuest Transportation Services, a provider of fleet management services, named three new vice presidents of financial services – Gary Griffin, Mike Williams and Brian Benicewicz. All three will report to Group Vice President Patrick Gaskins.Griffin was previously vice president of business development for CURE Leasing & Maintenance, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AmeriQuest Business Services, and a provider of financing and maintenance services to companies using independent contractors as part of their transportation program, the company said. Griffin has more than 34 years of experience in the transportation and truck leasing industry. Prior to joining CURE, he served as director of new business development – national accounts with Ryder System. He has also held sales leadership positions with Freightliner Market Development Corp., GE Transportation Services Group, Penske Truck Leasing, and McDonnell Douglas Truck Leasing, AmeriQuest said.Williams, who has 10 years of transportation industry experience, joined AmeriQuest Transportation Services in 2010 as director of sales for the south central region and was promoted to senior director of sales in 2014, according to the company. Prior to joining AmeriQuest, he held business development roles with Ryder System and United Rentals.Benicewicz recently joined AmeriQuest and is a 13-year veteran of the transportation industry, with an expansive background in the transportation and material handling equipment segments for Fortune 500 companies, according to AmeriQuest. Prior to joining AmeriQuest, Benicewicz worked for Cowan Systems, a full service transportation and logistics company with operations through the U.
