FleetNet America has hired John Martin as director of roadside quality solutions. Martin will be responsible for planning, directing and coaching employees in the emergency roadside assistance division, along with software engineers and other support personnel.
According to FleetNet, his focus will be on ensuring quality solutions for customers.
Martin was previously with Ryder Truck Rental & Leasing, Miller Truck Leasing, Penske Truck Leasing, Gallagher Truck Center, and Serco Management Services.
