The Chicago-based law firm of Freeborn & Peters LLP has formed a “transportation team” to focus on the legal needs of companies across the transportation sector.
“Freeborn & Peters has a long history of representing transportation clients with five of our attorneys having previously served as in-house counsel for transportation companies,” said Cindy Bergmann, leader of the transportation team and a partner at the firm. “Forming the transportation team enables us to harness that deep industry knowledge to help our clients navigate the complex business and regulatory challenges of the 21st century.”
Members of the team have varied legal backgrounds, including regulation, litigation, corporate law and governmental affairs, the firm said.
