Penske Logistics has named two new senior vice presidents. Joe Carlier has been promoted to senior vice president-global sales and Jeffery A. Bullard is now the senior vice president of operations in the company’s Central region.
Carlier has 25 years of sales and operations experience in transportation and logistics and was most recently vice president of sales in the Central region. He has been with Penske Logistics for 17 years, holding several sales and operations leadership roles. He is a three-time winner of Penske’s highest sales achievement award and a two-time recipient of the company’s field operational excellence award.
Bullard joins Penske Logistics from Transportation Resource Partners (TRP), where was CEO of Versant Supply Chain.
Bullard has more than 25 years of transportation and logistics industry experience, having held positions with IBM, Booz Allen & Hamilton, Deloitte Consulting and Alaris Consulting. He also served as director of North American logistics for General Motors.
