Utilimarc provides new benchmarking report for NAFA

Oct. 1, 2013

NAFA Fleet Management Assn. members can now receive key performance indicators (KPIs) in a new benchmarking report issued by Utilimarc.

KPIs are meaningful, measurable, and actionable pieces of data that are invaluable to fleet managers, NAFA said. This report spotlights the areas in which KPIs are reported by fleet managers and the business decisions made as a result of tracking a KPI.

This is the latest in a series of complimentary reports provided by Utilimarc exclusively to NAFA Members and NAFA Affiliates as part of an agreement between the two organizations.

“NAFA is always looking for new ways to provide premium value to our members,” said NAFA’s Executive Director Phillip E. Russo, CAE.  “The arrangement with Utilimarc allows us to provide key benchmarking data, which spotlights best practices throughout the industry.  Benchmarking is a vital component of fleet management.  The ability to know how your colleagues – and especially your competition – manage their fleets offers valuable ideas and concepts that may be incorporated into your own fleet.

“Utilimarc’s in-depth benchmarking databases and services meet all of the criteria and guidelines set by NAFA.  Their information is invaluable, and provides excellent insights into the industry.  We are proud to offer these reports to our membership,” said Russo.

NAFA members may view the latest report by logging into their NAFA membership account and choosing “Benchmarking Data” from the RESOURCES pull down.  The direct link is: http://www.nafa.org/utilimarc.
