Vipar Heavy Duty names director of program management

Vipar Heavy Duty has promoted Larry Griffin into the position of director of program management. Griffin has been with Vipar since September 2012. He most recently served as program manager.

Griffin will be responsible for directing the activities of the organization’s program management team that oversees all supplier relationships.

Before joining Vipar, Griffin was with Up Time Parts, a Navistar company, where he was responsible for new product strategy and expansion. Griffin has more than 20 years of diverse experience in both the automotive and heavy duty truck aftermarkets.

“With his strong background in business development and product management, Larry has been a tremendous asset since joining Vipar Heavy Duty,” said Chris Baer, vice president. “Larry will drive our product strategy and further strengthen our relationships with the industry’s leading suppliers.”
