TEC Equipment, Inc. has been certified as a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) SmartWay Transportation Partnership Affiliate, the company has announced.

The SmartWay program, launched by EPA in 2004, identifies products and services that reduce transportation-related emissions to improve air quality and reduce greenhouse gasses.

“TEC Equipment's new SmartWay Affiliate status demonstrates our commitment to providing the roadgoing transportation sector with cleaner, more environmentally friendly alternatives to traditional diesel trucks,” said TEC director of business development Dan Brown.
