The latest version of Arsenault Associates’ Dossier software includes hundreds of upgrades and three new modules, including a tire management system.

The Dossier Tire Management System seeks to help manage tire assets, which is the third largest cost after labor and fuel for most fleets, Arsenault said.

According to the company, the module gathers readings through automated technology which quickly measures tire air pressure and tread depth. The information is then wirelessly sent via Bluetooth to Pocket Dossier, which updates the software in real-time.

Optional modules for Dossier 4.6 include Dossier Onboard, an integrated GPS and telematics module which provides vehicle data, fault codes and driver performance reports in real time; and the External Work Management module, which provides oversight and control of service and repairs of work performed by outside vendors, Arsenault said.

Other enhancements to Dossier include additional functionality with other business software, and more than 6,000 new codes and four new systems for its Vehicle Maintenance Reporting System (VMRS), the company added.
