IRS hosts webcast

The IRS will host a one-hour “Tax Talk Today” webcast entitled “What’s Hot in Employment Taxes: Independent Contractor or Employee?” on November 6^th at 2 p.m. The live, one-hour webcast will focus exclusively on worker clarification issues, with a panel of experts discussing legislative and judicial background and recent changes regarding worker classification, why the worker classification issue is important and what the IRS is doing about it, and what workers who feel they have been misclassified can do to correct their situation.

Panelists will be Mary C.
