“Cybertrax enables our customers to be clear at all times on all the issues: what has been shipped, what is in transit, what is due to be shipped, where freight is in the cycle, and how we are performing against a customer’s timetable. We have invested considerable resources in creating a system that solves problems and changes the way people think about their supply chain,” said Simon Kaye, CEO of Jaguar Freight.

With the Cybertrax system, customers can crosscheck and validate the progress of shipments. In addition, they are alerted when key events such as loading, sailing, arrival and delivery occur. Using either their purchase order numbers or SKU’s, users can have customized reports set up for them and sent via email or viewed online in real-time.

“The system is also free,” said Kaye. “Cybertrax is immediately available to all our customers, irrespective of the level they spend with us.”
