The National Private Truck Council (NPTC) is teaming with J.J. Keller and Associates to present a free webcast entitled “Driver Performance Scorecards”

The National Private Truck Council (NPTC) is teaming with J.J. Keller and Associates to present a free webcast entitled “Driver Performance Scorecards” from 1:00-2:30 Central time on Wednesday, December 5.

The webcast was put together due to interest expressed by attendees regarding the subject following the NPTC’s previous webcast on October 31st entitled “Driver Performance Management: Case Studies in Excellence.”

For this session, attendees will be informed of strategies for driver performance scorecards, including building the scorecard, data capturing, improvements in driver interaction, links to compensation, changes to recruiting and assessment standards, and changes to dispatcher/fleet manager competencies.

The session will be moderated by Gary Petty, president & CEO of NPTC, and will include presentations by Jim Angel, director of fleet operations, Atrium Companies; Tom Moore, executive director of the NPTC Institute and vp of public affairs for NPTC, and Tom Bray, editor-transport management, J.J. Keller.
