Entries are now being accepted for the 2011 Dossier Fleet Maintenance Software calendar photo contest. Dossier is Arsenault Associates’ flagship fleet management solution.

“Our calendars have been a runaway success,” said Bob Hausler, Arsenault Associates vp of marketing &technology. “For 2010, we featured 16 Dossier customer fleets on a 16-month calendar and distributed over 6,000 copies. We’re looking forward to even greater participation for 2011.”

The 2010 calendar featured full-color photos of individual vehicles, fleet portraits and maintenance facilities. Each month also included a brief description of how that fleet used Dossier to its advantage.

The contest is open to all Dossier users in any industry operation. Entry forms are being sent to all users by email. They will also be available on the arsenault.com web site, or by calling 800-525-5256.

Specific contest rules and information are provided on the entry form. The deadline for entries is midnight on July 30, 2010.

Winners will be selected based on the interest quality of their photo and their user statement. In addition to being featured in the calendar, each of the 16 winners will receive a special Dossier prize selected exclusively for them. One entry will be chosen by the Dossier user community at the November Dossier Users Group Summit in Tucson as the Grand Prize Winner. This winner of the best fleet photo or statement for 2011 will receive a Grand Prize award. All contest participants will receive Dossier logo gift items.
