Industry researcher ARC Advisory Group is conducting a study of mobile resource management (MRM) and telematics use and future adoption among fleets. In particular, the group wants to identify current MRM features most valued by fleets and those they would like to see in future systems.

Any fleet manager interested in the topic can obtain a free copy of the study by taking a short online survey, according to analyst Clint Reiser.

ARC promises respondents’ privacy will be protected and that information will only be used in aggregate form.
