A new scheduling solution from Karmak met with positive feedback when it was introduced at the recent Technology Conference & Expo, according to the company.

Karmak said its ProfitMaster Scheduling product makes it easier to manage service schedules and dispatching of technicians by automating the scheduling of tools, bays, technicians, customers and trucks with fully integrated repair orders.

Resource availability is quickly identified with color-coded calendars and a drag-and-drop interface lets users customize calendars and filter views to allocate resources and schedule appointments, the company noted.

Customer information is available with a simple point-and-click command and the system integrates with Karmak’s business system which allows clients to create repair orders from appointments.
