Reliable Transportation Specialists (RTSI) is now using the Transflo Express truckstop scanning solution from Pegasus TransTech. With 350 owner-operators specializing in intermodal drayage to and from rail ramps in Chicago, Detroit, Columbus, Kansas City and Atlanta, RTSI felt it needed the solution to streamline the paperwork process for drivers.
“We got a recommendation from J.B. Hunt that [Pegasus TransTech] was a fantastic company and that [Transflo Express was] in all the Pilot’s and Love’s truckstops,” said Andy Bozak, director of compliance for RTSI.
“Our drivers like to go to Pilot,” he added, “and it’s really easy to say, ‘Hey, go to any Pilot’s or Love’s.’ The operation on their end was simple: you hand it to a clerk and she does it for you.”
Transflo Express is available at more than 550 truckstops nationwide, including many independent service stations, the company noted.
