Cube Route adds field service

The subscription-based routing, tracking and fleet planning services of Cube Route have been expanded to include dispatching, job planning and routing for field service operations. The initial Cube Route services were designed for route delivery and asset tracking applications.

The new features offer field service fleets real-time visibility of their mobile technicians while also allowing those technicians to coordinate schedules with delivery of products or inventory, according to the company. It also helps improve customer service though more accurate arrival scheduling of field personnel.
