New recruiting tool

Unicru unveiled its automated “Total Workforce Acquisition” solution, which addresses the hiring and retention needs of fleets for drivers and other positions. The new system has two modules: “Field,” for drivers, freight handlers and warehouse administrators and managers, and “Headquarter,” for corporate positions.

The Unicru Trucking Solution features an on-site and online job application process that is integrated into more than 20 trucking-related job boards, industry- and job-specific screening, required job application and background checks (administered through partner companies) and closed-loop data analysis to connect labor performance and productivity to a fleet's hiring practices. www.unicru.com
