The National Private Truck Council (NPTC) will hold its Annual Education Management Conference and Exhibition April 27-29, 2003 at the Cervantes Convention Center in St. Louis.
Chief Richard Picciotto of the New York Fire Dept. will be the Sunday brunch kick-off speaker. He was the highest-ranking firefighter to survive the Word Trade Center collapse and the last man to escape. Picciotto is the author of the best-selling book, Last Man Down.
