Ryder acquires Gordon Truck Leasing

Ryder System Inc. has acquired Philadelphia-based Gordon Truck Leasing, a full-service truck leasing, commercial truck rental and fleet services company. The acquisition was set to be finalized in late August. Ryder will acquire Gordon's approximately 430 full-service lease units, 45 rental units, and 35 held-for-sale units, in addition to the 130 contract customers served by Gordon's five locations

Ryder System Inc. has acquired Philadelphia-based Gordon Truck Leasing, a full-service truck leasing, commercial truck rental and fleet services company. The acquisition was set to be finalized in late August.

Ryder will acquire Gordon's approximately 430 full-service lease units, 45 rental units, and 35 held-for-sale units, in addition to the 130 contract customers served by Gordon's five locations in the Philadelphia market.
