Con-way Multimodal’s Quick Pay program will give carriers multiple payment options and schedules, allowing participants to receive payments through direct deposit, paper check or electronic funds transfer with immediate pay available for a 3% processing fee and seven-day pay for a 2% fee, the company said. There will be no charge for the standard 30-day pay schedule.

"In difficult economic times, it's more important than ever to offer carriers flexible compensation options that will help them manage their cash flow and administrative needs most effectively,” said Tyler Ellison, president of Con-way Multimodal. "Our new, improved Quick Pay program gives them that flexibility — with a rate structure that's extremely competitive.”

Con-way Multimodal, formerly Con-way Truckload Services, was relaunched in August. The Quick Pay program is available to carriers who complete and submit a registration form indicating which form of payment they prefer.
