Haldex has installed what it terms a “one call does it all’ integrated phone system to directly route customer calls to assigned representatives. The company said that if the representative assigned to the account is unavailable, the customer’s information will be instantly available to the representative handling the call, allowing for quick customer service.

The firm also announced it has updated its Like Nu remanufactured core identification chart, which lists over 2,000 part numbers and includes product photos, weight, part numbers and core group numbers for all remanufactured parts.
