IdleAire Technologies Corp. has filed a prospectus for investors with the Securities and Exchange Commission, according to a recent report in The Knoxville News Sentinel. The step is one more in the process of taking the company public.
The Knoxville-based company has yet to say how many shares of stock will be offered to the public or for how much the shares will list.
IdleAire has a long-term lease with two of the three largest national commercial travel center chains, including Tennessee-based Pilot Travel Centers, to install about 73,600 parking spaces at more than 600 locations.
