Jost International has announced that national accounts manager John Sacksteder has died at the age of 72

Jost International has announced that national accounts manager John Sacksteder has died at the age of 72. In Sacksteder’s memory, the company has created the quarterly John Sacksteder award for sales excellence, to be chosen by Jost president Lee Brace and vp of sales & marketing Rich Carroll.

Sacksteder started at the company in 1990 and was instrumental to the launch of Jost’s landing gear in North America, where it sold over one million sets, the company said. He primarily worked with the brand from its inception until the time of his death.
