LinkAmerica Corp. has acquired Wisconsin Rapids, WI-based truckload carrier G.H. Miller & Sons.

“The acquisition of G.H. Miller & Sons is a valuable addition to LinkAmerica that reinforces our mission to dominate markets by providing exceptional service to our customers and further enhances our ability to meet the unique transportation needs of our clients,” said Roger Collins, LinkAmerica chairman.

The company also announced it has named Carl Bailey vp & gm of LinkAmerica Dedicated, a new division of LinkAmerica Corp. that will provide customized transportation and logistics solutions to customers.

Bailey most recently served as gm for CRST Dedicated Services and previously managed regional and national accounts for JB Hunt Transport Services, Inc.
