Panther launches rebranding effort

A rebranding effort is in the works for Panther Expedited Services as the company seeks to expand its presence by becoming a full-service transportation and logistics provider, offering domestic and international ground, air, ocean, and logistics services.

The company's rebranding effort includes the theme line, "On Time. On Target. No Exceptions," a phrase that Panther said illustrates its evolution from a company focused on managing exceptions to one focused on helping customers avoid them.

"After years of managing the industry's most critical shipments, we're bringing the same sense of urgency to delivery of high-value freight to and from anywhere in the world, regardless of the mode," noted Andrew Clarke, Panther’s president & CEO. "So now customers can call us when they want to save money, not just when they are in a hurry. It’s premium service without the premium price."

The company has also revamped its website – www.pantherexpedite.com – to reflect its new service offerings. The company's URL and name will remain the same, Clarke stressed, noting  it’s the expanded services that will be new.
