Heavy-duty mobile workstation for techs

Snap-on says its new portable workstation offers technicians the strength of a stationary workstation in the portability of a shop cart. The Heavy Duty Mobile Workstation includes a large 38 in. by 26 in stainless steel work surface, which holds over 1,000 lbs, and has raised edges to keep objects on the top surface. It also includes two  30 ¼ in. by 24 in. drawers, one 6 in. deep and one 4 in.

“Snap-on’s heavy duty workstation is a ‘must have’ if you want to improve your productivity in the heavy duty workplace,” said Jay Serpe, product manager. “The biggest challenges of heavy duty repair work are actually getting the tools to the job and then having a strong work surface to stage heavy duty components.”

Semi-soft casters, 8 in. in size, help the unit roll smoothly. The spot-welded one-piece frame adds to its durability, Snap-on said.
