Rob Phillips has been promoted to vp-global operations by Phillips Industries. He has been with the company for 15 years and is credited by the manufacturer with introducing lean disciplines and increasing employee participation in problem solving.

Under Rob Phillips’ guidance, the company consolidated three locations into a single state-of-the-art facility in Santa Fe Springs, CA; added a Canadian warehouse in Toronto; relocated a factory from Dallas to Saltillo, Mexico; and opened Shanghai Phillips in China.
