LAS VEGAS. Clay Tice was honored this week at a reception during the Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week show in Las Vegas with the 2011 Manufacturer’s Representative of the Year Award from Timken Co.

Tice, a representative with Richmond, IN-based Kitchin & Sons, was honored for meeting metrics established for Timken manufacturer’s representatives. The award also recognizes overall sales growth, new product growth, and achieving technician training goals.

“We’re delighted to present this award to Clay for his contributions to our heavy-duty aftermarket team,” said Philip D. Varner, Timken’s national sales manager for the heavy-duty aftermarket. “Beyond exceeding the goals we set for our representatives, we’re proud of the way he advances the Timken brand while demonstrating Timken’s core values.”
