Logistics service provider Roadlink has announced the purchase of West Coast Trucking (WCT), an intermodal trucking service with major operations centers in Seattle and Portland.

According to Roadlink, WTC serves ocean carriers, shippers, railroads, and intermodal marketing companies, moving freight between ports or rail terminals to the location of either the shipper or receiver.

“Customers will benefit from the great synergies that result from our acquisition of WCT, being able to select from either a single comprehensive, end-to-end solution or individual best-of-breed services, depending on their specific circumstances and requirements,” said RoadLink president & CEO Chris Munro.
