Stemco has announced the acquisition of V.W. Kaiser Engineering, a privately-held company known for king pin and suspension kits.

Kaiser will remain at its current headquarters and manufacturing facility in Millington, MI. Todd Anderson, formerly vp of operations for Stemco, has been appointed vp and gm of the StemcoKaiser facility.

Anderson, who has been with Stemco since 1994, is active in SAE International and The Technology & Maintenance Council (TMC), and has authored several technical articles for trade magazines, the company said.
