The Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) has announced that the 7th Annual Recruitment & Retention Conference, titled “Xtreme Expectations,” will be held January 29 to January 31, 2008 in Nashville, TN, at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel.

The conference, presented by TCA and ACS MultiMedia Advertising, will cover topics such as retention vs. turnover, increasing driver productivity, recruiting models for today’s market, and strategic approaches to reducing turnover.
