Regional LTL carrier USF Holland is launching new guaranteed and expedited service offerings, including expedited next-day service up to a 750-mile range with time-specific guaranteed delivery on standard transit times before 9:00 a.m., noon or 3:30 p.m.

All guaranteed and expedited services are backed by the USF Holland’s no-hassle, claim-free guarantee to be on-time and intact or no invoice will be sent, said John O’Sullivan, the carrier’s president.

“We are constantly expanding our services to meet the increased demands of our customers and their tightened supply chains,” he said. “There is a growing need for speed and precision, and we have the density, consistent manpower, resources and infrastructure in place to offer expedited and guaranteed service at a much lower cost than air freight carriers and dedicated delivery providers.”

Also, while USF Holland previously offered expedited delivery, its expanding that service to standardize deliveries of what used to be two-day moves, which can now be delivered by the next business day. Customers can use the transit time calculator on the USF Holland web site by entering the origin and destination zip codes to see what delivery options are available and determine how fast their shipment can move, said O’Sullivan.

USF Holland is a subsidiary of YRC Regional Transportation, comprised of New Penn, USF Reddaway, and USF Glen Moore, which is in turn a division of Overland Park, KS-based YRC Worldwide.
