The recent court ruling on hours-of-service rules and its impact on private fleet operations will be the subject of a free webcast hosted by the National Private Truck Council (NPTC) and J.J. Keller & Assocs. Last month the U.S. Court of Appeals vacated portions of the federal rules, throwing into question the future implementation and enforcement of HOS regulations for fleets of all types.

The webcast will be held August 28 from 2:00 to 3:30 PM EST. Featured speakers will be NPTC general counsel Rick Schweitzer and Daren Hansen, editor of transport safety for J.J. Keller. Registration for the free event is required.
