Wabash National Corp. has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission to sell three-million shares of common stock through an underwritten public offering.

Up to 450,000 shares may be sold by Wabash to cover an underwriters over-allotment option. Wabash intends to use these proceeds to pay down its debt.
