Betts acquires Life-Time Fenders

Diversified manufacturing and distribution concern Betts Spring Co. has announced its acquisition of Life-Time Fenders LLC, a provider of metal and plastic fenders to the heavy-duty trucking industry. Life-Time's fender products will compliment Betts' bar and spring load mud flap hangers, the company said.
