Carrier Transicold dealers have implemented the manufacturer’s Next Level performance standards to provide consistent quality service throughout the network. Dealer-to-Dealer Workmanship Warranty and Maintenance and Repair Standards are the pillars of the initiative, according to Carrier.
“The Next Level service initiatives assure that whether customers require emergency service or routine maintenance and repairs, they can always expect high performance in terms of response, quality of workmanship and consistent pricing from coast to coast and from Canada to Mexico,” said Tom Ondo, Carrier Transicold Americas gm.
