McLeod Software has announced that C.R. England, Inc. has purchased and implemented McLeod’s HirePower module, which the company said helps carriers reduce the time it takes to hire drivers by streamlining the recruiting process.

C.R. England, which runs over 3,600 tractors and 5,000 trailers, noted that it has added more than 1,000 trucks to its operation in the past two years, necessitating the hiring of extra drivers.

"We are thrilled to have C.R. England as the first fleet to use our newly released HirePower," said Rick Halbrooks, vp of sales & marketing for McLeod.  "We understand and appreciate the demands C.R. England makes on its technology products, and knowing that HirePower met those demands is a real testament to our product."
