Oak Brook, IL-based component supplier Federal Signal Corp. has hired David McConnaughey to be the president of its safety products group effective immediately. He succeeds Stephen Buck, who is leaving to pursue other interests.
McConnaughey joins Federal Signal from Maytag Corporation, where he most recently served as president of its $450 million all-brand service division. He’s also worked for BorgWarner Corp., Ford New Holland Americas and Nippondenso Manufacturing USA.
